Amica Finance ("we", "us", "our", "Amica Finance") is an Australian Credit Licence (ACL) holder or authorised credit representative providing mortgage broking and credit assistance.

We provide:

• personalised mortgage broking services;
• assessment of loan products from a panel of lenders;
• preparation and submission of loan applications;
• ongoing support through settlement.

We do not guarantee approval, terms, or interest rates offered by lenders.

You agree to:

• provide complete, accurate, and timely information;
• authorise us to request documents from third parties (e.g., lenders, valuation firms);
• notify us immediately of any changes to your circumstances.

We may charge:

• broker fees (e.g., origination, application, ongoing);
• lender‑paid commissions (which we may retain or share).

All fees will be disclosed upfront in writing. You consent to payment of these fees where disclosed.

We act as your credit assistance provider. We will:

• assess your needs and objectives;
• identify suitable credit products;
• help you apply for and secure credit.

We do not provide legal or tax advice. You should seek independent advice where needed.

While we aim to deliver positive client outcomes, we cannot guarantee loan approval, terms, or lender behaviour.

We will disclose any conflicts of interest, including remuneration from lenders, affiliations, or incentives received.

We may refer you to third parties (e.g., conveyancers, insurance providers). These referrals are not endorsements; you should assess suitability independently.

To the extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of fees paid by you to us in the prior 12 months.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of income, opportunity, or reputation.

All content, materials, templates, and intellectual property created by us remain our property. You may not reproduce or distribute without written consent.

We collect, store, process, and disclose personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If a dispute arises, you must contact us in writing. We will attempt to resolve the matter internally before any court or tribunal action.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on our website. Your continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State/Territory in which Amica Finance operates and the Commonwealth of Australia.
