Samuel de Swardt
Samuel de Swardt is the co-founder of Amica Finance and a credit representative with more than seven years of experience across residential, commercial and asset finance. Throughout his career, he has helped clients secure hundreds of millions of dollars in lending across a wide range of circumstances.
Samuel founded Amica with the belief that financial decisions deserve thoughtful guidance and a genuine long-term relationship rather than a transactional approach. He takes the time to understand not only what a client wants to achieve today, but where they are heading, helping ensure their lending supports the bigger picture.
Known for his calm and considered approach, Samuel enjoys simplifying complex decisions and creating a clear path forward. For him, the most rewarding part of the job is building relationships that continue well beyond settlement.

Outside of finance, Samuel enjoys health and fitness, travel, personal development and spending time with family and friends.

Christian Dal Cin
Christian Dal Cin is the co-founder of Amica Finance and has more than seven years of experience across residential and commercial lending. During his time as a Signature Broker with Lendi Group/Aussie Home Loans, he ranked among the top 5% of performers and helped clients secure hundreds of millions of dollars in lending.
Christian brings extensive experience navigating different lending scenarios and enjoys finding a clear path forward when a client's circumstances are not straightforward. He takes a considered approach to each situation, focusing on understanding what the client is trying to achieve before determining how best to structure their lending.
He values being accessible, keeping clients informed and taking ownership of the process from the initial conversation through to settlement and beyond.
Outside of work
Outside of finance, Christian enjoys riding his motorcycle, skiing and spending time outdoors.
Senior Lending Specialist
Marcus Pucciarelli
Marcus Pucciarelli is a Senior Lending Specialist at Amica Finance with more than five years of mortgage broking experience, complemented by more than a year in business banking with Westpac.
Having worked on both sides of the lending desk, Marcus understands not only how to structure lending, but how a lender will assess it. He draws on this experience to navigate more complex scenarios, identify potential issues early and find practical ways forward for clients.
Marcus has worked with hundreds of clients across a broad range of lending requirements and takes genuine pride in helping turn property and business plans into reality.
Outside of work
Outside of work, Marcus is a loving husband and a sports lover, with football being a particular favourite.
Senior Credit Analyst
Michaela Dal Cin
Michaela Dal Cin is a Senior Credit Analyst at Amica Finance, bringing previous experience as a mortgage broker and a strong understanding of the lending process.
Her role focuses on the detail behind each application, including financials, lending policy, servicing and individual client circumstances. She works closely with the broking team to identify potential issues early and ensure applications are thoroughly assessed and appropriately structured before being submitted to a lender.
Michaela combines her practical lending experience with a highly analytical approach and meticulous attention to detail. Her perspective helps the team make sure the strategy developed with a client can be effectively executed through the credit process.
Outside of work
Outside of work, Michaela enjoys getting outdoors, playing competitive soccer and spending time by the beach with a good book.
